As one of the Help Desk Technicians in the UCCU IT Department, I assist employees with technical issues related to hardware and software. Additionally, I manage and deploy all the thin clients within the company, which are controlled using IGEL OS and IGEL UMS. Furthermore, I collaborate with our Virtual Engineer to update and maintain VM base images for our employees.
As an Online Support Representative at the UCCU Call Center, I assisted members with various banking needs. My main tasks included helping with balances and payments, troubleshooting account issues, and creating and maintaining profiles for members.
